Fee Policy

At We Take Part, we believe transparency is key. Our platform is licensed as a Crowdfunding Service Provider (PSFP) by the AMF and benefits from the European passport (ECSP) granted by ESMA.

This means we can host project owners from across Europe and reach out to both retail and professional investors throughout the EU.

Our fees reflect this unique ability to provide pan-European visibility and support in line with the highest regulatory standards.

For project owners:

• Fixed audit and onboarding fees: between €2,000 and €3,000 excl. VAT, depending on project complexity. These fees cover regulatory due diligence, the preparation of regulatory documents (KIIS/FICI, subscription form), and operational setup.
• Success fees: between 6% and 7.5% excl. VAT of the total amount raised, only in case of a successful campaign.

For investors:

• Investment fees: 1% excl. VAT of the subscribed amount, covering technical and operational costs (payments, processing, management via Mipise Payment Services). No cap applies.
